Stopped by quickly to get some food on the way home. We are from out of state and will say very impressed with the music selection. It's so rare to listen to Christian music being played at any fast food restaurant.... #SirisXM.. The Message. Station 63! May God bless this place in abundance.
Disgusting. Trash everywhere. Gross countertops. Honestly the nastiest Wendy’s I’ve ever seen. When I told the staff about it and said I was afraid to eat there, they shrugged and said, “I know. I’m sorry,” and literally did nothing. My potato was rotten and then they said they were all out of potatoes. They were out of a ton of stuff and I heard lots of people saying their orders were wrong. My friend asked for ketchup because they were out at the condiment stand and the staff rolled her eyes and scoffed. I saw a lot of staff just standing around instead of at least trying to clean. They also got horribly mad when we asked for toilet paper in the bathroom because there wasn’t any. It was appalling.
Change for a cup of water. They were out of ketchup ramekins and when I asked for one the server rolled her eyes. The ladies restroom was completely out of toilet paper. When I informed the staff, the server got an attitude and started aggressively cleaning the bathroom, slamming stalls and never replaced the toilet paper even though I saw her get it out of the supply closet. I was waiting for her to replace it, but ended up leaving and stopped elsewhere for a restroom because her attitude and demeanor was so hostile. One of the servers, Mania, was genuinely very friendly and seemed very sincere and apologetic for the uncleanliness in the store.
Very dirty both in the bathrooms and eating area. The supplies were empty and yet the employees were frustrated when asked about it. They forget several food items ordered both for us as well as other people in line. Very poor experience and surprising that a place like this could stay in business.
Really horrible experience. Stopped while traveling and honestly left wanting to take a shower. The place was disgusting- trash overflowing in the bathrooms and trash all over the dining room floor and empty tables. My friend ordered a potato and it was literally rotten. An average Wendy's but that is ok when I am traveling and don't have the time or energy to choose something more interesting. We got exactly what we ordered in a reasonable time. We were back on the road with fill stomachs ready to finish our long boring drive down the freeway.
