Easy access off of 95. Plenty of room for a truck to pull in. 11% state tax. Where they do that at?

Don't stop here if you have small children...stopped here for bathroom & food, but they didn't have a changing table! Had to change my baby's diaper in the car with the cold wind blowing! Went somewhere else for food...
This restaurant had excellent service at the counter. The food was appropriately hot. The restaurant was not very clean and there were no other customers. I am not sure why the soda station and bathrooms were such a mess.
