This place was great, my wife and I rolled into this place at 9:55PM and they took care of us. No fussing. It was awesome. We only got ice cream, but they did a stellar job; most other places would have either got annoyed or ignored us. Thanks.
We stopped while passing through the area. Purchased meals and ice cream. Attentive staff, fast service, and everything was clean.
The food is not good. The blizzard are okay, but do not eat the burgers the are gross. Spent to much and the food not worth it here. I am not sure why this location is just awful and I love DQ...a big disappointment.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Our service was awful and the people acted like they didn't want to help the customers. With one person in front of us that clearly was their friend, it took forever for them to help us but that wasn't the worse part. The girl took so long chatting with her "friends" they took 10 minutes to even acknowledge us standing there it turned exactly 4:01 PM and I am not kidding. The girl working, refused to honor the Five dollar lunch price. That wasn't even the worse part. The girl was rude and went back to "chatting" with her friends and interrupted us while we tried to order twice! It was unbelievable and the girl was so rude towards us.. We contacted DQ on their webpage and heard no response from the owner. I have never seen a business run like this and do nothing baffled me. They didn't even pretend to reach out and make right with the standard (I'm sorry your visit was unpleasant. We will look into it, etc.) I guess the owner feels the same as the employees. :-( There are many businesses that struggle and go under in this day and age and I can't want for them to fail as they fail their customers.
I star only because i cant give no stars This place sucks the people are rude and unhelpful with attitudes when you ask for something the food was cold i paid for the combo and got mabie a child hand side full of fries the only "good" thing was the ice creami will defently not be going back or referring it to anyone it's a shame
