We are truly having trouble finding an honest realtor in this area. This is the second one we tried to use who wants to "fudge numbers" at the bank to get us approved - this one is Janet Collins with this Coldwell Banker office. We don't need to fudge any numbers; we know what we can afford and what we can't. When we told Ms. Collins we didn't want to use dishonest methods she actually told us she couldn't work with us if we didn't have her advise us at the financial meetings. Really? Okay, then Ms. Collins - you win. You won't be working with us. There has to be an honest realtor in this area.....somewhere. But not at this agency.
We will continue to use Lorrene as our Realtor and will highly recommend her to our family and friends. If your ever in the market to buy or sell a home.. don't hesitate to call Lorrene as you won't be disappointed.. she is the best !!
